For those of you who know this, it’s the introduction into journeying into your inner sanctuary. You are taken deep down into the center of the earth, connecting with our cosmic mother and her unconditional love, activating the lower chakras, to then fly high into space to meet the divine fatherly light of wisdom and oneness, activating the upper chakras and uniting with the energy of mother earth in our heart. Remembering our divine parents and our eternal connection to them, to the safety, love and nourishment they offer us at all times.
